Hextant provides public block conversations, questions, and consensual direct messages for adults aged 18 or older in its supported New York footprint. By using it, you agree to these terms and the community guidelines.

You are responsible for your posts and must have the right to share them. You retain your rights in your content and permit Hextant to store, display, deliver, and moderate it as needed to provide the service under its privacy policy. Optional third-party AI processing requires a separate choice in Settings.

Use your own Apple account and do not evade restrictions, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access. One phone session is active per account; signing in on another phone replaces the earlier session.

Nearby messages and AI-generated descriptions may be inaccurate. Do not rely on Hextant for emergency help or professional advice. Features and availability can change, and outages can interrupt access. Public content expires; keep your own copy of anything you need, with respect for other people's privacy.

Either participant may end a direct conversation. You may stop using Hextant or delete your account in Settings. We may restrict access or remove content to enforce the community guidelines. Contact support to ask about a moderation decision.
